Our Standing Armed/Unarmed Security Officers
are the best choice for those looking for highly trained visual security presence. Our Standing Armed/Unarmed Security Officers are licensed by the state and can protect facilities throughout. Extensive 10-year background checks and testing are conducted on all applicants before they are hired. All officers go through our proprietary Continuous Training Program.
Covert Surveillance Security Officers
Our Covert Surveillance Officers conduct stationary surveillance, technical surveillance (typically covert video or audio recordings), electronic surveillance (digital observations, keystroke counting) to obtain intelligence and information about a subject, usually an employee suspected of internal theft and/or embezzlement. They support investigations and accumulate evidence to build a case for a solid conviction.

Officers Our Concierge Armed/Unarmed Security Officers are ideal for any business type that has foot traffic. Our Concierge Armed Security Officers come dressed to impress with a black or blue suit and are armed with a concealed firearm. Concierge Armed/Unarmed Security Officers give off an elegant and friendly image to our Clients’ customers.
Discrete Armed/Unarmed Patrol Officers
Our Discrete Armed/Unarmed Patrol Officers drive around the perimeter of our Clients’ facilities. Our Armed/Unarmed Patrol Officers have valid state issued guard and firearms certifications, and typically drive a full circle around the Clients’ facilities then contact a foot patrol around the facility and depart.
VIRTUAL SECURITY – VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CONTROL ROOM
We provide integrated virtual security solutions via 24/7 mission critical video surveillance applications, and a control room consisting of high-quality displays, rear-projection video walls, and graphic controllers and web-based operating software. Control Room Security Officers get a complete overview of all surveillance systems and cameras throughout the interior and exterior of the facilities. Operations management software including advanced warning capabilities designed to facilitate decision-making, draws the Control Room Security Officers’ attention to the most critical images. Our networked solutions distribute video and data over the standard IP network to provide accurate and real-time information, no matter where our Control Room Security Officers may be.
Control Room Security Officers
Our Control Room Security Officers coordinate security activities at the location, assist in access control through closed circuit television (CCTV) monitoring, serve as communications center for security operations, and maintain constant monitoring of the alarm systems.
Additional responsibilities:
• Full access control
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms contact direct supervisor in cases of emergencies or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities. Maintain written logs as required by the post
• Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Multi computer use and functions of computers, phone systems, alarm systems, turn styles, handheld radios
Scope of Work
Elite Armed/Unarmed Security Officer Duties & Responsibilities
⮚ Maintain Proficiency – To maintain proficiency in the use of all assigned protective equipment,
restraint devices and weapons. The Armed Security Officer is to carry any and all weapons that
he/she has a permit and certification for. The Unarmed Security Officer is to carry protective
equipment and restraint devices that do not require a permit.
⮚ Be Clearly Visible – To make oneself clearly visible to deter criminals, foil theft, damage,
personal injury, and other dastardly acts. Criminals would think twice if they see an Armed/Unarmed
Security Officer on duty.
⮚ Control Access to the Site/Facility – To control access to the Client’s site or facility through
the admittance process. One is to preclude unauthorized access to facilities, and the conversion,
theft or intentional destruction of physical assets. The Armed/Unarmed Security Officer must
monitor entrances and exits; prevent and detect unapproved or unlawful entry, and signs of
intrusion to ensure security of doors, windows, and gates; and oversee the movement of people and
vehicles, and parking.
⮚ Operate Detection Devices & Systems – To operate detection devices and systems, and other
facility protection devices, to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into
restricted areas. The Armed/Unarmed Security Officer must also inspect and adjust security systems,
equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
⮚ Monitor Overt & Covert Surveillance Systems – To monitor overt and covert surveillance systems
to help prevent and catch the Client’s employees who commit internal theft and embezzlement. In
support of the surveillance activities, the Armed/Unarmed Security Officer must complete reports by
recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing
witnesses; obtaining signatures.
⮚ Be Vigilant – To watch out for any strange thing that may mean harm. The Armed/Unarmed Security
Officer must utilize their keen senses of sight, hearing, and smell. One must be able to smell when
a cable is burning or when a chemical is leaking from its container; detect strange sounds, such as
when someone is secretly trying to open a door; sense when someone is cleverly trying to divert his
attention off his duty; and be able to interpret quickly whatever he sees.
⮚ Make Periodic Tours – To make periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect
protection devices and fire control equipment. Armed/Unarmed Security Officers must patrol the
assigned site on foot or in vehicle, and check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, and
security violations.
➢ Observe and Report Suspicious & Irregular Activities – To observe and report suspicious activities and incidents to Client representatives or company management for loss and damage prevention. The Armed/Unarmed Security Officer must write logs and reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as theft, equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Reports that are criminal in nature (i.e. burglary, robbery, etc.) shall be referred to the Police Department for documentation purposes.
➢ Respond Quickly and Correctly during a Crisis –
The Armed/Unarmed Security Officer must not only sense a crisis, but act fast to control the situation. One must always be alert to avoid being caught unaware. How one responds to a crisis varies depends on the threat. One must respond to unusual or emergency situations using the appropriate escalation of force level up to and including an armed response by following established protocols. One must know how best to respond to various dangerous situations. Even after a dangerous situation has been successfully averted, the Armed/Unarmed Security Officer must not relax yet. One should keep observing until he/she is sure that there are no more problems. After a crisis, the Armed/Unarmed Security Officer should report the incident to his/her Supervisor, the Police or the appropriate authorities. This way, further steps would be taken to avert a future recurrence.
➢ Respond to Emergencies – To respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents. The Armed/Unarmed Security Officer must call the fire or police departments in cases of emergency.
➢ Checking and Monitoring –
To maintain certain rules and policies of the Client. Individuals may require that visitors be searched before granted entry or that only visitors for which an appointment has been earlier fixed should be granted entry. Similarly, organizations may require their employees to show their ID cards before being granted entry into the work premises. In such cases, the Armed/Unarmed Security Officer must check and ensure that all the rules and obeyed.
➢ Preserve Law and Order Among People –
To preserve law and order, as well as policy and procedures, and act to enforce regulations and directives for the Client’s site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. The Armed/Unarmed Security Officer will first warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
➢ Receiving Guests – For Armed/Unarmed Security Officers who are positioned at an entrance, chances are, he/she will double as a receptionist because he/she is usually the first to receive guests and show them their way. This additional duty requires the Armed/Unarmed Security Officer to be very friendly, approachable, and willing to help others.
